Life and Organizational Leadership
Much of our lives are spent within some type of organizational activity, and with others. Whatever our social context, we face challenges and opportunities, and in some cases important problems. This site attempts to integrate management and leadership thinking with self care and behavioral health. The intent is to provide insights on how we manage, lead, ourselves and others. We also explore dealing with adversity, building resilience in ourselves, others and organizations. We look at ways we can develop others and improve quality of life.
